DTP Supplies

For over 30 years, DTP Supplies have been supplying the world with a wide range of eyelets, press fasteners, rivets and setting machinery. From our base in Heywood, with excellent access to road, rail and air transport, we have grown to become one of the largest stockists of eyelets and fasteners in the UK, supplying over 6,500 customers worldwide. We offer a huge range of eyelets in a choice of finishes, including plated and painted to customers specifications. We also supply plastic fittings, metal rings and buckles. Most of our products can be supplied next day. With many years of technical experience, we are able to offer advice on all applications, from project inception to eventually supplying the right fastener and machine package for your application., Our excellent after sales service will ensure that the job runs smoothly. We supply a wide range of eyelet and rivet setting machinery. Ranging from simple hand held hammer tools for one-offs and prototypes, to fully automatic machines for high volume production runs. Whatever your machinery requirement, we will be able to help. Our in-house eyeleting facility means that we can also help with your production problems. Originally set up to eyelet curtains and heavier fabrics, this section has evolved to offer a sub contract service to many sectors of industry. We eyelet one-offs and large production runs, saving you the cost of buying, installing and training on specialist machinery. Sail Eyelets The most versatile range of larger eyelets. They are used in banners, tents, shower curtains, automotive, textile and many other applications. Available with turnover rings or neck washers for automatic feeding on selected sizes. Made from brass most sizes are available in clean, nickel and oxy black finishes. Sheet Eyelets Sheet eyelets have many uses in sectors as diverse as sign making, industrial filter and transport. Similar to Sail eyelets they differ by having a wider flange in relation to their internal diameter. Made from brass most sizes are available in clean, nickel and oxy black finishes. Square Curtain Eyelets

DTP Supplies’ range of square faced curtain eyelets are a new twist on the very popular fashion for eyelet headed curtains. The square face of the eyelet will give curtains a really distinctive and classy look. The eyelet can be set square to the top of the curtain or, by turning the face of the eyelet 45 degrees, in a diamond style. Available in our standard range of colours the square faced eyelet can be set using standard curtain eyelet machinery with a simple change of setting tools. As the eyelet makes use of the existing round barrel of the standard round eyelet there is no need to purchase new cutting tools. Don’t forget that DTP Supplies also has an in house eyelet setting service and this extremely popular service is also available for the new style square eyelets. Boot & Shoe Eyelets

Traditionally used for footwear, uses of the boot and shoe range extend well beyond this. Most sizes are available made from brass or steel and with two pierce forms (star for splitting and round for rolling). Plain rings and neck washers (for automatic feeding) are available for most sizes. The 19C and 20A eyelets and HS700 and 650

eyelets are used together rather than an eyelet and washer combination to provide an extra strong setting. Finishes include clean, nickel, antique brass and oxy black. Plastic Eyelets

Plastic eyelets are a revolutionary alternative to traditional metal eyelets. They are perfect for outdoor use as they will not tarnish or rust and as they are UV protected they will not fade in sunlight. Plastic Eyelets are ideal for applications where weight is a major consideration. They are ideal for use where metal eyelets are undesirable, for example with foodstuffs. Plastic eyelets do not conduct electricity or heat and can be used in temperatures from -30°C to +100°C. Plastic eyelets are available in hole diameters of 8mm,12mm, 16mm, 25mm and 40mm and in a variety of colours.
