DTP Supplies Brochure: Eyelets and More

33FP The 33FP machine is a pneumatically operated, cutting and setting, eyelet machine. Where, often, two machines are required (one to cut the material and one to set the eyelet) the 33FP machine completes the eyelet setting in one quick and simple operation. Originally designed for setting large eyelets into curtain headers the machine can be used with our full range of sail and grommet eyelets. As a result the machine is suitable for a wide variety of eyelets, materials and applications. Changing eyelet sizes requires a very simple and quick change of the machine tools. As the 33FP is pneumatically operated it is incredibly easy to use, requiring minimal effort on the part of the operator. The eyelet is simply ‘clicked’ into place on the top tool with the washer (if required) placed onto the bottom tool. The operator then cycles the machine by pressing the pneumatic pedal and the machine cuts the hole in your material and sets the eyelet and washer together in one operation. The machine is supplied with a moveable pneumatic pedal allowing the pedal to be set at the most comfortable position for the operator.

A valuable additional benefit of the machine is that it can be used simply to cut holes if required.

The machine can be table mounted, or where eyelets are being set into large sections of material at ground level, on a low, wheeled platform.
