Sail & Grommet Eyelet Machines

29FEI Entirely pneumatically powered, this machine automatically punches a hole and inserts the eyelet and washer to complete the fastening in a single operation. Eyelets and washers are fed automatically by means of hopper fed raceways. The washer, either toothed or necked, is positively positioned by a slide mechanism at

the bottom of the washer raceway. The machine is delivered set for the specified size of eyelet and comes on its own bench and with a toolkit. The 29FEI is tremendously strong and capable of setting eyelets with a hole diameter of up to 15mm (size 30 sail and No 4 Grommet). This machine is also suitable for our 12mm Plastic eyelet and washer.
